# Process: Sprint Review

**Primary agent:** `.claude/agents/product-owner.md` (facilitated by `scrum-master`)

## When to run
At the end of every sprint, after execution is complete.

## Steps
1. `product-owner` verifies each completed item against its acceptance criteria before the review (no surprises during the review itself).
2. Demonstrate actual working software for each completed item, not slides or status reports.
3. Gather feedback from stakeholders present.
4. `product-owner` updates `backlog/backlog.md` and the relevant epic files: new items, re-ordering, adjusted release expectations based on feedback.
5. `scrum-master` notes any process-relevant observations to carry into the Retrospective.

## Exit criteria
- Backlog reflects any new information from the review.
- Completed items are confirmed against acceptance criteria, not just "code complete."

**On completion:** update `state.md` — phase → 5 (Sprint retrospective), leading agent → `scrum-master`, next action → run the retrospective for this sprint.
