Definition of Ready (before an item enters a sprint)
An item is “Ready” for Sprint Planning only when ALL of the following are true:
- Written as a user story with a clear Card/Conversation/Confirmation.
- Explicit, testable acceptance criteria attached.
- Rough size estimate provided by the Development Team.
- No unresolved blocking dependency.
- Small enough to plausibly fit within a single sprint.
