The current list pages are clean, but most post cards look too similar. Suggested improvements: - Add category/topic badges to cards - Limit excerpts to a consistent number of lines - Add read time or post length cues - Use featured images or image strips on selected stories - Emphasize one featured story on the home page, then break the rest into sections Why this matters: - Helps readers scan faster - Makes the homepage feel more like a magazine front page - Gives important stories more visual weight
