Implements an admin-side AI content generator for posts using the Abacus RouteLLM API.

  • Adds AI Content buttons in the admin posts list and edit page
  • Adds a new POST admin action to generate summary/body content
  • Stores API configuration in web.config with safe defaults
  • Keeps missing API key handling graceful until the key is provided
