2026-09-08	The vendored Debenu Quick PDF Library 10.13 DLL blocks all output: `SaveToFile`/`SaveToString` both fail with error code 999 for any document, even a blank page, while every earlier step (page creation, font embedding, text drawing) succeeds — confirmed via an isolated diagnostic outside the render pipeline. No license key shipped with the vendor assets in `code/vendor/debenu/`. This blocked verifying “Render text-only PDFs through Debenu Quick PDF” end-to-end.	dev-team	Resolved	User located a working key at the project root (`key.txt`, untracked, never committed — see `.gitignore`). `UnlockKey` succeeds and `SaveToFile` now produces a valid PDF. The CLI reads the key from the `DEBENU_LICENSE_KEY` environment variable at runtime (see `code/CLI_CONTRACT.md`); no key is hardcoded in source.
