Sprint Review confirmed all 5 stories against acceptance criteria; Retrospective confirmed full follow-through on all four Sprint 1 actions with no new kit-level changes needed. Sprints

One file per sprint, named sprint-<N>.md, created from templates/sprint_backlog_template.md during process/02_sprint_planning.md. Each holds that sprint's goal, dates, committed items, and tasks — the concrete thing state.md points to as the “current sprint backlog.” Starts empty until the first sprint is planned.
