# MassMailer planning workspace

Draft plan for a Windows HTA tool that schedules individual marketing emails for a 9 x 12 postcard business.

These are planning documents plus a working Access provider diagnostic. The app will send only while its HTA window is open. System-wide settings belong in the INI; campaign settings, templates, contacts, queue state, and protected secrets belong in an Access `.mdb`. SMTP transport compatibility still needs an internal test message.
