        <h2 class="h6">How duplicates are handled</h2>
        <p class="mb-2">A row is skipped when its <strong>phone number</strong> (digits only) or its <strong>email address</strong> already exists, either in the database or earlier in the same file.</p>
        <p class="mb-0">Rows with no business name are skipped. New industries found in the file are created automatically.</p>
