refactor so that classes and functions are wsl components that are unregistered and reregestered at application startup in the global.asa file

we need a scrit that will turn classes and functions into wsl files that the code can call and use

need to design classes with reflection in mind so that classes know about themselves and what they can do 

also need to desgin functions and methods with contract by design in mind so that errors can be trapped better
